deepmirror MCP Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DEEPMIRROR LTD ("deepmirror", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you connect to our services through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration or our API using an AI assistant or other client (a "Client"). It does not cover the Client itself, which is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, user ID and organization.
- Request content and results: the data your Client sends to carry out a task, such as uploading data to projects, and the results we return, such as propertypredictions, generated molecules and trained models.
- Usage logs: the tool called, a timestamp, whether the call succeeded, and your IP address. We use these logs only for security, troubleshooting and aggregate usage statistics, not to profile you.
We receive only the information your Client sends to run a tool. We do not receive or reconstruct your conversations with your AI assistant, and our tools do not request conversation history. Please do not submit health information, government identifiers, payment card details or passwords through deepmirror.
How we use it
We use this information to run the service, keep it secure, fix problems, improve our integrations and send you service emails.
Sharing
We do not sell your information or share it with other customers. We share it only with service providers that host and support the service (cloud hosting, monitoring and email delivery), solely to provide the service to us, and where required by law. Our current providers are listed at https://trust.deepmirror.ai/subprocessors. Results from our tools are returned to your AI assistant, so its provider (for example, Anthropic for Claude or OpenAI for ChatGPT) receives them and handles them under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
We keep logs only as long as needed for security, compliance and troubleshooting, or longer if legally required. Anonymised, aggregated statistics may be kept indefinitely.
